[NEWS] Three Oyo Executive Members Tried Positive For Coronavirus, Two Others Uncertain

Three individuals from the Oyo State executive council have tried positive for coronavirus while two others had their tests uncertain and they should be tried once more. 

This was uncovered on Wednesday night by the state representative, Seyi Makinde, who anyway didn't reveal the names of the official individuals. 

As per Makinde in his Twitter handle, the official individuals have been reached and contact following has started, including that their workplaces have been shut and will be sterilized. 

He stated: "Prior today, we got COVID-19 affirmation tests for all individuals from the Oyo State Executive Council (EXCO). Unfortunately, three tests returned positive and two were uncertain so they should be retested. 

"The EXCO individuals have been reached and contact following has started. Likewise, their workplaces have been shut and will be cleaned. 

"Let me emphasize that COVID-19 is still especially with us. That we are making moves to re-open the economy, doesn't imply that the infection has vanished. We should each take activities to secure ourselves and our families. 

"We should each claim our moves and make preventive estimates which incorporate washing our hands with cleanser and water, wearing face veils at whatever point we are with others and keeping up appropriate social separating from others."
