[NEWS] Kwara Deputy Governor's Aides Test Positive To Covid-19


Kwara State Deputy Governor and Chairman of the Technical Committee on COVID-19, Mr Kayode Alabi, on Sunday declared that a portion of his assistants have tried positive to COVID-19 infection and in this way cautioned inhabitants to carefully hold fast to the wellbeing conventions. 

This is contained in a press proclamation gave by his Chief press secretary, Modupe Joel. 

The Deputy governor was before reported to have tried negative to COVID-19 infection after he gave up himself for the test. His assistants anyway tried positive and they are as of now accepting treatment in the state Isolation Center at Sobi Specialist Hospital in Ilorin. 

The Deputy governor cautioned in the explanation that the sickness is a genuine and hazardous and in this way requires genuine alert. He clarified that the legislature is resolved to straighten the bend of coronavirus and control network transmission. 

Mr Alabi affirmed that his COVID-19 positive assistants have been admitted to COVID-19/Infectious focus, Sobi Specialist Hospital Ilorin. 

The Deputy Governor approached Kwarans to assume liability in the battle against the illness, saying that," the main antitoxin against COVID-19 is to comply with all the legislature's and wellbeing authorities careful steps, for example, wearing of nose covers, shirking of huge social occasion, adherence to physical removing, washing of hands with cleanser and running water or sanitiser, among others."
