Troubled Edo Governor Godwin Obaseki has expressed he will make his next political moves known in the wake of meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari.
Obaseki, who was excluded from the All Progressives Congress (APC) essential political decision in the state, said he would likewise counsel his supporters to comprehend what close to do.
Representative Obaseki, who is looking for a second term in office, said on his Twitter handle on Sunday, his exclusion was shameful.
“I appreciate the sustained show of solidarity, support and goodwill from Edo people and Nigerians in the face of injustice by the @OfficialAPCNg screening committee,” he wrote.“I will be making my next move known after I complete consultations with my supporters and meet with @MBuhari.”
Administrator of the APC screening board of trustees, Prof Jonathan Ayuba, had educated the Governor was excluded due to an "imperfect" authentication.
