[BREAKING NEWS] Police Inspector Choked To Death After Going Out For A Drink In Owerri

A police investigator, Haruna Kawura connected to Imo State government house, Owerri has been choked to death.

As indicated by reports, he was discovered dead on Tuesday along Avana Primary School Road, Shell Camp in Owerri, the state capital.

The Inspector, Haruna Kawura's passing was not normal as the perished was strangulated to death.

The dormant body of the overseer was loaded with wounds raising doubt that he was executed.

The inspector was said to have gone out for drinks on Monday night and just to be discovered lying dead on Tuesday morning.

A partner of the perished said that the carcass of the overseer was cleared in a rescue vehicle from the government house.

He said:-

“The victim is Haruna Kawura. He was an inspector of police. He was demobbed from mobile police in the North and was posted to Imo state and was later posted to Imo government house.

“His death was strange. There were bruises on his body. He must have been strangulated as there was gunshot on his body.”
