Hip-bounce artiste, Azeez Fashola, assumed name Naira Marley, has contradicted the move by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to delicate in proof a Digital Versatile Disk said to contain the investigation of the substance of his cell phone.

The EFCC endeavored to delicate the DVD last Friday under the steady gaze of the Federal High Court in Lagos where Naira Marley is being pursued for supposed charge card extortion.

A scientific investigator with the EFCC, Augustine Anosike, had revealed to Justice Nicholas Oweibo that he completed an examination of the substance of the cell phone recuperated from Naira Marley during examination.
