[BREAKING NEWS] Strike: FG, ASUU Neglect to Agree as Govt Makes New Proposal

We have also agreed that the tentative time to get back to the government would be before the weekend runs out. We expect ASUU to get back to the government in writing and there is a need for another meeting on that, you’ll be informed.”
The fourteen day cautioning strike, which the association pronounced, would slip by on Monday, March 23, including that ASUU proclaimed the strike principally to dissent the non-installment of pay rates of their individuals who neglected to take a crack at the government's IPPIS.
ASUU's leader, Biodun Ogunyemi, in his comment, noticed that they have enhanced where they halted in the past gathering.
He said that they had what they can call "concrete proposals to our members.”
“But, as we usually say, those of us here can’t make a final pronouncement on any of the proposals. We have assured the government’s team that we will report faithfully to our principals and get back to government accordingly,” Biodun said.
